APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
When using the setWebServiceProperties.sh command, the
'-programObject' parameter is not allowing an IASP path to be
used. It results in the following error:

IWS00103E - Parameter value not valid.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE78801 :
-----------------------------
The error occurs because IWS is not taking into account a path
that includes an IASP.

The error can occur when trying to change the program object
path from the Web Administration GUI or from the
setWebServiceProperties.sh script.

IWS has been corrected to allow a path that includes an iASP.
So if you deploy a web service that has the program object
residing on an iASP, and you attempt to change the path by
specifying a path that does not include an iASP, the result is
that the web service assumes the program object does not reside
on an iASP.

Note that the object referenced by the path must exist on the
system.
