APAR Error Description / Circumvention

Cannot start Monitor server after apply the latest HTTP GROUP
PTF which is caused by permission issue.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE76683 :

Assigned the correct authorities to monitor resources and the
monitor server works well now.

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR SE76764 :
-----------------------------------------------
The monitor server job QNAVMNSRV fails to start.
/QIBM/UserData/OS400/Navigator/config/MONITOR/navMonStdoutA.txt
shows exit 1 for the authority commands CHGOWN and CHGAUT.

/QIBM/UserData/OS400/Navigator/config/MONITOR/navMonStderrA.txt
shows
Unexpected Exception while querying for QNEWNAVSRV.QINAVMNTSEC

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE76764 :

The problem is caused by permission issue. This PTF correct the
files' authority and now the monitor server can start
successfully.

1. Enter the following commands to stop the ADMIN1 job before
applying PTF:
ENDTCPSVR SERVER(*IAS) INSTANCE(ADMIN1)
CALL PGM(QSYSDIR/QNAVMNSRV) PARM(*STOP)

2. Apply or remove this PTF (immediate mode).

3. Start the ADMIN1 job using:
STRTCPSVR SERVER(*IAS) INSTANCE(ADMIN1)

4. It is highly recommended to clear the browser cache after
applying this PTF.

5. It is recommended to install HTTP group instead of installing
this single PTF
