APAR Error Description / Circumvention

MCH0601 message is received by Job Watcher when collecting SQL
data.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE75790 :
-----------------------------
The MCH0601 message is generated when Job Watcher attempts to
retrieve information about a job's SQL attributes. If Job
Watcher receives this message, it will abandon processing of the
job and move on to another one. Job Watcher is working as
designed when it does this.  However, it should not allow these
messages to be displayed in the joblog, since they are not an
indication of a problem.  In this PTF,  Job Watcher will be
updated to not display these MCH0601 messages in the joblog.
