APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
Making a DDM connection between IBM i systems and intentionally
using a profile on the target system with a expired password
fails with CPF22E4 when going to a 7.4 IBM i which has
CHGDDMTCPA PWDRQD set to *USRID or *VLDONLY.

This problem occurs when the user profile making the DDM
connection has parameter "Password expiration interval" system
value (QPWDEXPITV) set to *SYSVAL. Changing this profile system
value to *NOMAX can also be used to resolve the problem.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE75046 :
-----------------------------
Changed to not require password expiration check to be identical
to how prior releases have done.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE75046 :
--------------------------------
Verify your connecting user profile  is not expired or set
"Password expiration interval" system value (QPWDEXPITV) set to
*NOMAX.

If the DRDA "listener" server job QRWTLSTN is active in the
QSYSWRK subsystem when this PTF to be applied immediately, the server
job should be ended prior to applying the ptf:
ENDTCPSVR SERVER(*DDM)

Then after the ptf is applied, restart the QRWTLSTN server job:
STRTCPSVR SERVER(*DDM)
