use system memory addresses not generated by the IBM translator,
including programs that circumvent control technology designed to limit

APAR Error Description / Circumvention
-----------------------------------------------
When SPLFDTA(*ALL) is specified in a save command, the size of
the spooled file data is included with the output queue (*OUTQ)
objects and the libraries that contain the *OUTQ objects.
An *OUTQ that contains many spooled files can appear in the
outfile multiple times. The object size field SROSIZ of the
*OUTQ grows in each outfile record as more of the spooled files
are saved. The total size saved field SROTSZ includes the object
size SROSIZ from each of the *OUTQ records instead of only the
final *OUTQ record. This results in the total size saved for the
library being reported as larger than it actually is.
CORRECTION FOR APAR SE74993 :

Save operations with SPLFDTA(*ALL) will be updated to include
the object size of each output queue only once when calculating
the total size saved for a library.
