APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-------------------------------------------------
Wait condition for LDAP server QUSRDIR after security scan. The
listening thread is blocked in accept() when getting a
connection request from the socket listening on port 636 (SSL).
As a result, the server only responds to SSL requests on 636.

As a result, SSO may hang if it is set up to use non-ssl
connections.

Circumvention is to run an ldapsearch on port 636 and this will
free up the listener thread to handle non-ssl requests

CORRECTION FOR APAR 'SE74633' :
-------------------------------
After applying this fix, the listening thread will not be
blocked in accept() and then LDAP server can work well.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR 'SE74633' :
----------------------------------
None.
