APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
A customer has noticed that there are times when the packages
they use for one time only statements can become very large
which seems to affect performance.  These packages are created
via QSQPRCED.
The customer has asked if there is a way to cap the size of
the package by perhaps compressing more often since the
statements are single use only there is no need to keep them
around.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE74097 :
-----------------------------
A new option will be added to the SQLP0410 format of the
QSQPRCED API.  The Ad Hoc option will be used only for the
CREATE PACKAGE function.  It will tag a package as being used
for one time only statements.

At PREPARE time a check will be made to see if package is
tagged as Ad Hoc.  If it is, and the current PAS is almost full,
we will compress the current PAS rather than adding a new PAS.
