CRTPFRDTA job not be active. In the joblog seeing the following
error message:

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE73490 :

The MCH0601 is due to invalid rank data. Some rank data
collected during an interval may be skipped due to the invalid
data. Also an internal buffer only allowed room to process 145
ranks.  The buffer size has been increased.
