APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
The problem exists with GO SAVE options 21,22,23, and 40. If you
specify a start time or start date in the past and then press
ENTER, you will receive MSGCPF3DB7 "Value specified not valid"
and the invalid value will be highlighted. If you then PF12 back
out to the "What this option will do" screen and hit ENTER
again, the system begins processing the ending of subsystems,
TCP and begins processing the option.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE71684 :
-----------------------------
The behavior will be changed so that the user is brought back to
the option selection screen instead of allowing the option to
begin processing.
