The QTARDSTS API may issue a CPF67B0 message if the tape library
is attached via a D/T290A virtual adapter.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE69938 :

The QTARDSTS API has been changed to allow for tape resources
attached to a D/T290A adapter to be in a tape library.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUPERSEDED PTF SI68043 :

The SETTAPCGY command has been changed to add a new TGTCGYOPT parameter
to control when a cartridge will be moved to the target category if it
is different from the mounted category.

Option
'*MOUNT' - (Default) Category changed when cartridge mounted.
'*UNLOAD' - Category changed when cartridge unloaded.
'*EOV' - Category changed when end of volume is reached.

The QTARDSTS API has been changed to add a new field at the end of the
device information.

Field        Target category option

Target category option. Indicates when the target category will be
changed for a cartridge mounted during the mounted category session.
Possible values follow:
'0' - When the cartridge is mounted.
'1' - When the cartridge is unloaded.
'2' - When the cartridge encounters end of volume.
