APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
There is an error in how structures from the Workload Capping
SPI is parsed when creating the receiver structure for the
QLZRTVWC API. This may result in product information for a
Workload Capping Group to be missing or blank in the receiver.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE65646 :
-----------------------------
The code that parses the SPI structure is being corrected to
ensure that each product in a Workload Capping Group is
correctly written to the QLZRTVWC API receiver.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE65646 :
--------------------------------
None.

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR SE68344 :
-----------------------------------------------
Resolves MCH3402 from QLZAUPD when the audit log is being
updated.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE68344 :
-----------------------------
Resolves MCH3402 from QLZAUPD when the audit log is being
updated.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE68344 :
--------------------------------
None.

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR SE68023 :
-----------------------------------------------
For products that allow releasing users from the Work with
Licensed Users Panel, attempting to release users results in an
incorrect CPF9E11 message and the users not being released.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE68023 :
-----------------------------
An incorrect release level value (VRM) is being passed to the
QLZARLS API, causing the API to fail to find the license
information for the product. This has been fixed, and the
product's release level will be passed correctly.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE68023 :
--------------------------------
None.

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR SE68345 :
-----------------------------------------------
When using date manipulation products, the expiration date of a
product's license is manipulated as well causing the installed
license key to appear to be invalid (not expired, but incorrect
key). This resets the usage limit to 0 for the product until the
key is re-added again without date manipulation.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE68345 :
-----------------------------
License key validation will use a circumvention around the
mechanisms that make the date manipulation possible. This will
prevent relevant dates from being manipulated.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE68345 :
--------------------------------
None.
