APAR Error Description / Circumvention
-----------------------------------------------
When a process is trying to create a temp user space in QTEMP
and the user space is already there, MSGMCH1401 is posted and
can prevent further activity.
One scenario involves PowerHA users leveraging administrative
domain. User profiles that are enrolled in admin domain are
attempting to be checked for synchronization purposes and the
QPRFSYNCH joblog is filling with MSGMCH1401, MSGCPF9999,
MSGCPDAA02 for all of the users. This in turn is populating
errors to in QSYSOPR message queue and making reference to
MSGCPFA45E RC5.
CORRECTION FOR APAR SE65780 :
-----------------------------
The MCH1401 when creating a temporary space in QSYRUSRI will be
handled. A temporary space with more uniqueness in the name will
be created when the MCH1401 is encountered.
