APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
There is a need to identify memory pools by the assigned memory
pool name rather than just by pool number. The main reason for
this is that following an IPL, memory pools might be assigned a
different pool number. This makes long term tracking/trending
more difficult as the pool usage varies by pool number.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE65766 :
-----------------------------
The pool name has been added to the Collection Services file
QAPMPOOLB. The new field is PONAME defined as a C(32). The name
will contain <pool name>/<subsystem name>/<library name>.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE65766 :
--------------------------------
None.
