APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
Some important SQL informations were not added into debug data
in SQL debugging, for example, SQL type kind and CCSID. Without
these informations, some function could not work correctly in
the System debugger.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE65471 :
-----------------------------
Update two debugger header files: qtecrtvs.cleinc and
qtes.cleinc. Update structure _TE_TYPFMT0100_T, add more
members. Update enum _TE_TYPE_KIND_T, add more typekinds.

Special Instructions


The debugger data has been updated for SQL debugging. So the PGM
generated by SQL Preprocesser should be recompiled before debugging the
SQL procedure.
