APAR Error Description / Circumvention

For the CREATE SCHEMA SQL statement, CRTJRN Max Size setting was
explicitly set to *SYSDFT upon schema creation. Users are not
able to set the default max size for journals upon creation of a
schema and must adjust each journal individually after creating
the corresponding schema to change the max size setting.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE65099 :
-----------------------------
Users can now set the default max size for all subsequent
journal creation using the RCVSIZOPT parameter of CHGCMDDFT to
modify the CRTJRN command default.
