APAR Error Description / Circumvention

A MSGCPF41B0 with condition code 5 is incorrectly issued when a
tape management exit program specifies a new tape image catalog
to mount.
CORRECTION FOR APAR SE64567 :
-----------------------------
The previous catalog was not getting unloaded prior to trying to
load the new catalog.
