APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
A MSGCPF415E with a wait time of *IMMED may be issued for a
parallel save when the cartridge is in the *INSERT category and
a tape management system tries to auto add the cartridge to a
usable category and no drive is available.
If cartridges that are in the *INSERT category are auto added
the MSGCPI671F may not be sent.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE63795 :
-----------------------------
The code was modified to change the mount wait time to the
EOVMNTWAIT value prior to the import to a tape drive that is
done as part of the auto add to a category and to issue the
MSGCPI671F if a cartridge was auto added prior to the mount.
