APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-------------------------------------------------
When upgrading from Content Manager OnDemand for i version 5.4
or 6.1 to 7.1 or 7.2, all of the Archived Storage Manager (ASM)
data for an instance is moved into the instance library. If an
error occurs during this process, the movement of data will stop
at the point that the error occurred. This error should prevent
the instance from starting, but it does not.

CORRECTION FOR APAR 'SE62721' :
-------------------------------
The code has been corrected to properly handle an error and will
no longer start the instance. Once the problem is corrected, the
instance can be restarted and the process will pick up where it
left off before the error occurred.
