APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
When attempting to load an image catalog entry in a catalog that
is currently in library mode, the image is placed in the loaded
status instead of the available status.  The image also is not
seen when doing a wrkoptvol command.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE61143 :
-----------------------------
The code was not correctly determining that the catalog was in
library mode.  The code will be changed to detect that the
catalog is in library mode.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE61143 :
--------------------------------
Note the currently mounted catalog entry. Mount each of the
catalog entries that you want in available status.  Once
complete, go back and mount the catalog entry that was in the
mounted status prior to this circumvention.  This will ensure
all those entries will be in available status.
