APAR Error Description / Circumvention
-----------------------------------------------
Edit code description objects (*EDTD) are only allowed in
library QSYS. Commands like CRTDUPOBJ and MOVOBJ do not allow
you to specify *EDTD as the object type. CRTEDTD only allows the
object to be created in library QSYS. However, you can use
SAVOBJ and RSTOBJ to create *EDTD objects in a user library.
Once restored in the user library, though, trying to change the
authority to the object (or do other operations) results in
MSGCPF2208 (object not found). *EDTD objects should not be
allowed to be restored into libraries other than QSYS.
CORRECTION FOR APAR SE60524 :
-----------------------------
Restore code will be updated to allow type *EDTD objects to be
restored into library QSYS only.
