APAR Error Description / Circumvention

Commands SAVLIB, SAVOBJ, and SAVCHGOBJ fail with MSGCPF3789
F/QSRSLECT when only one library is allowed if LIB(*SELECT) is
specified, more than one SELECT entry is specified, and the same
library is specified in each SELECT entry.

CORRECTION FOR APAR 'SE58427' :

Save logic will be updated to allow the same library to be
specified in more than one SELECT entry.
