APAR Error Description / Circumvention

When filtered DBMON are started, a check of their status from
iNav stops them.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE56651 :
-----------------------------
Code was searching for MonitorSpace but using the incorrect type
of space (19EE instead of 19EF). Because of wrong space type,
the MonitorSpace was not found. Because the MonitorSpace was not
found, the return code to iNav incorrectly implied no monitors
were currently active. Based on the incorrect return code, iNav
ended all open monitors.
