APAR Error Description / Circumvention

An error in the administration monitor job program QVNAAMON can
occur which continually causes an MCH3601 error to be seen in
the server monitor job log.  The program and module reporting
the MCH3601 error is as follows:

CORRECTION FOR APAR 'SE51372' :
-------------------------------
Investigation in code paths that call the failing function has
resulted in a few small changes to fix a memory leak and a
potential buffer over run.  The issue was not recreated so
although the code changes have been tested, it has not been
determined if the changes fully resolve the issue as stated in
the problem description.
