APAR Error Description / Circumvention

Attempts to use the secure application fail with a SSL_ return
code of -1009 or a GSKit return code of 6002 because the trust
list isn't accessible. DCM allows the certificate to be imported
and trusted to applications without indication of problems. When
an attempt to use the CA trust list the return code is reported
and the attempt to create a secure environment fails.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE51270 :
-----------------------------
An internal limit for the size of the CA Trust List was
exceeded.  The limit was increased by 150 percent.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE51270 :
--------------------------------
Do not use a CA Trust List unless it is required to subset the
number of CAs trusted by the application.
