APAR Error Description / Circumvention

The QDBSRV01 job is extremely busy and is not completing all
work that it is responsible for in a timely manner. This could
cause remote journaling to not start (or appear to hang), system
managed change journal operations to not happen, DB indexes to
not get rebuilt in a timely manner, and other problems.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE50526 :
-----------------------------
The QDBSRV01 job handles events for database, journal, and
commitment control.  The priority of one of these events will be
adjusted to allow for more efficient processing.
