APAR Error Description / Circumvention
-----------------------------------------------
Administrative Domain is unable to create a subsystem that has
an ASP group defined. The problem occurs when the device
description for the ASP exists but the system does not know
whether the ASP group usage will be UDFS, Primary, or Secondary.
CORRECTION FOR APAR SE48300 :
-----------------------------
The code used by the Create Subsystem Description (CRTSBSD)
command is changed to handle this condition in the same way it
handles a request to create a subsystem description using an ASP
group whose device description does not exist. Only a user with
all object (*ALLOBJ) special authority is allowed to specify an
ASP group name when the ASP device description does not exist.
CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE48300 :
--------------------------------
It is possible to create the SBSD with ASPGRP(*NONE) and then
use the Change Subsystem Description (CHGSBSD) command to
specify the desired ASP group.
