APAR Error Description / Circumvention
-----------------------------------------------
The Collection Services collector job fails and will not start.
Its job log contains a C2M1601 escape messsage followed by
MSGCEE9901.
This problem is caused by a floating point rounding issue
related to configuration data in the QPFRCOLDTA user space. On
the failing system, a data level value (stored in the user
space) is being rounded down causing other data to be inflated
incorrectly when read from the user space.
CORRECTION FOR APAR SE44415 :
-----------------------------
The logic has been changed to use a data level value that will
work correctly.
CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE44415 :
