APAR Error Description / Circumvention

If while STRASMOND is being run a backup is also run for the
instance library it is possible that a needed file will be
locked by the backup resulting in a SQL0913 message in the
STRASMOND job.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE42946 :

STRASMOND now better handles a locked file situation.

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR SE42985 :
-----------------------------------------------
Retrieving a large object from LAN optical hangs.

Disabled Disk pool levels are not mounted.  If objects are still
at this level they are not accessible.

CORRECTION FOR APAR SE42985 :
-----------------------------
To much data was attempted to be written in one write.  Now the
write is segmented into _PC_PIPE_BUF sized chunks.

All disk pool levels will be mounted.
