APAR Error Description / Circumvention

This change provides base function to enable extensions for a
Technology Refresh.

CORRECTION FOR APAR 'MA46103' :
-------------------------------
Additional base function is provided in this PTF.

This Technology Refresh PTF also provides some additional
minor service and functional enhancements:
-- Optical device driver now allows an exported flash drive to
be re-imported via the use of a command sequence without needing
a physical pull/push of the flash drive.
-- Systems with DS8000 HyperSwap disk units configured can be
successfully IPLed following an unplanned fail-over, even if
normal HyperSwap replication was not resumed before the IPL.
-- The default setting for the cleaning of "dirty free space"
for 4096 sector disk has been changed.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR 'MA46103' :

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR 'MA46150' :
-------------------------------------------------
When running with 4096 sector dasd and there is no more dirty
free space it could wait too long before starting to clean the
dirty free space again.

CORRECTION FOR APAR 'MA46150' :

The problem is fixed.
