APAR Error Description / Circumvention

In some cases, extensions to the DB in-use table fail to clear
some portions of the table at the end of SLIC DB IPL processing.
This may lead to some objects appearing in-use with non-zero
in-use counts.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA49555 :

The processing has been updated to fully clear the whole table.
