APAR Error Description / Circumvention

LIC support for Facility Unavailable interrupts does not update
special registers FSCR and SPRG3 before returning to PASE code,
so those registers may be incorrect until the thread handles
another interrupt.  This can cause performance issues and
multi-threaded runtime issues in some PASE programs
(particularly Java programs).

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA49479 :
-----------------------------
LIC support for Facility Unavailable interrupts is changed to
update special registers FSCR and SPRG3 before returning to PASE
code.
