APAR Error Description / Circumvention

When using UDP data transfers, a switch may drop a data packet
depending on the data pattern. The read will fail for the
virtual device with a PAL having reference code CFC5.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA49455 :
-----------------------------
Apply this fix to change the hardware driver attempt to recover
from this error by doing a smaller read that does not have
fragmentation.
