In certain situations, a query with listagg() could loop, if an
error is encountered during aggregation.  The loop can be
cancelled.

The issue was corrected so that the query will end with the
appropriate error being surfaced.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUPERSEDED PTF MF64004 :
=================================================

This PTF resolves a potential hang condition that can occur due to an
orphaned resource during SQL Cancel processing of an SMP query.  It
ensures that SQL Cancel processing will be handled properly after
application.  However, if SQL Cancels have been performed on SMP
queries prior to this PTF application, it would be prudent to schedule
an IPL as soon as possible.
