APAR Error Description / Circumvention

after IPL or IASP vary-on, an access path (data space index) is
damaged.  vlog vl0300010C is generated.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA49083 :
-----------------------------
initial processing (post-IPL or IASP vary-on) of the access path
is attempting to do catch-up for a DSI with UDFs or field
procedures.   this processing is being updated when the access
path is currently invalid.
