APAR Error Description / Circumvention

When drives are virtualized from an IBM i to another IBM i the
maximum timeout value that can be passed is 65535 seconds but
some tape devices require a larger timeout value for the erase
command.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA49080 :
-----------------------------
This change will increase the maximum allowed timeout value to
be large enough to support the erase timeout values for the
newer tape drives.
