The library identifier value for non-IBM attached library
changes when the partition or adapter is IPLed. This may cause
the resource name to change on a partition or adapter IPL.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA48981 :

Apply this fix to keep the library identifier from changing when
the partition or adapter is IPLed.
