APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
Example query takes multiple minutes on large systems.
SELECT connection_type, count(*) FROM QSYS2.NETSTAT_INFO WHERE
LOCAL_PORT BETWEEN 5001 ANd 65535 GROUP BY CONNECTION_TYPE

Extra unnecessary workload is currently being done to return
this information. This will be a code change to streamline the
process.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA48765 :
-----------------------------
This fix addresses only one aspect of the processing that occurs
during a QSYS2.NETSTAT_INFO query. This query results in many
calls to the QtocRtvCnnDta API to retrieve TCP/IP connection
information. The processing of this API creates a Stream system
object to communicate with TCP/IP LIC. The creation of this
Stream object has some inefficiencies that will be addressed by
this fix.
