including programs that circumvent control technology designed to limit

APAR Error Description / Circumvention

For IBM i Virtualized devices a media change may not get
detected resulting in the wrong cartridge mounted.
CORRECTION FOR APAR 'MA48386' :
-------------------------------
The code has been changed to always check which cartridge is on
the drive prior to mounting a cartridge so if the cartridge has
changed we will mount the correct cartridge.
