APAR Error Description / Circumvention

When an operation causes a memory page move from one IBM i OS
pool to another pool, there is a boundary condition exposure
that can result in a loop.

Common operations that move memory pages include (but not
necessarily limited to) QPFRADJ, DLPAR, and DPO (Dynamic
Platform Optimizer). The Performance Adjuster (QPFRADJ) runs if
system value QPFRADJ is set to a value of 2 or 3, and when
subsystems are started and ended with ENDSBS/STRSBS.

If possible, avoid these types of operations until the PTF is
applied.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA48061 :
-----------------------------
Internal LIC code is fixed to prevent a looping problem while
moving memory pages from one pool (or multiple pools) to a
target pool.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR MA48061 :
--------------------------------
Common operations that move memory pages include (but not
