APAR Error Description / Circumvention

Hard Disk Drive Device code had a bug which, if an abnormal
power off occurred, hard read error(s) (SRC7001) may occur. In
addition if a SAS Port went down, a hard command timeout (SRC

BD17 Hard Disk Drive code was created to eliminate the error and
