use system memory addresses not generated by the IBM translator,
including programs that circumvent control technology designed to limit
interactive capacity to purchased levels. This PTF may be a prerequisite

APAR Error Description / Circumvention

A RMVTAPCTG is taking too long to complete and may take a very
long time if the I/O slots are full.
CORRECTION FOR APAR 'MA47457' :
-------------------------------
The export to the I/O station was doing unnecessary inventory
operations. The code has been changed to minimize the number of
inventory operations and to limit the time waiting for a user to
clear the I/O stations. It will still take at least one minute
before the CPA401E "Library device storage slots full" inquiry
message is sent.
