APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
In a Hyperswap configuration, when a system is IPL'd and the
disk enlistment process is occurring, there is a race condition
that can occur which my cause disk paths to appear missing as
the paths don't get all grouped together properly.

Work around:
IPL with only the LUNs from the primary storage attached and
then attach the LUNs from the secondary storage after the
partition has at least IPLed to DST or further.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA47306 :
-----------------------------
A change has been made in our locking to insure we properly
group primary and secondary LUNs that are enlisting at the same
time during IPL.
