APAR Error Description / Circumvention

A console display failure while in a MSD IPL which is about exit
because the dump has been copied to disks, hangs putting out a
SRCB60050FF.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA47256 :
-----------------------------
The display failure causes a Deactivate message being sent to
the MSD Mgr. The MSD Mgr doesn't handle the message and causes
the DST Display Task to take an exceptions which displays the
SRCB60050FF.
The LIC code for the MSD Mgr will be changed to handle the
Deactivate message and allow for a normal shutdown or wait for
the console reconnecting.

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR MA47268 :
-----------------------------------------------
Received message CPI099A, Main storage dump automatically copied
which wasn't correct for manually copied dump and specifying the
dump name.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA47268 :
-----------------------------
The LIC MSD Mgr will be changed to skip the XPF notification
when a manually copied dump occurs.
