APAR Error Description / Circumvention

If a SAS tape drive is connected to more than one IOA a Licensed
Internal Code (LIC) log entry with major code 2E00 and minor
code 8101 is incorrectly logged. A URC 9020 Product Activity Log
(PAL) should be logged indicating the improper configuration.

The timeout value used when clearing a tape was too small and
has been increased.
