APAR Error Description / Circumvention

Traces of geographic mirroring during full synchronization
operations showed continuous .5 to 1 second delays on the source
system in sending data to the target system. This is due to the
worker tasks having to wait behind the directory synchronization
tasks, which allocate storage on the target system.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA46607 :
-----------------------------
A change will be made to allow the enablement of the directory
synchronization task to run at a faster rate, which may consume
additional system resources.  The default attributes will not be
changed, however, an option to enable the faster rate will be
available.
