APAR Error Description / Circumvention

When a tape cartridge gets stuck in a tape drive subsequent
mount requests from the same job will fail because the same
drive continues to be used.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA46351 :
-----------------------------
If a load failure occurs multiple times for the same drive
without a successful mount the tape drive will be marked as
FAILED so a different tape drive will be selected.
