Development is working to improve performance for the Storage
Management Recovery step. Specifically, working on the
createFreeSpaceMap portion and how it is processed.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA45381 :

The system licensed internal code creates multiple tasks to
create the IASP FreeSpaceMaps during the vary-on processing
