APAR Error Description / Circumvention

IASP vary on failed with MSGCPDB8E4 RC8 . VL1001100A was posted
before while vary off IASP and shows a lock held by QDBFSTCCOL.
Additional symptom VL0600A0F3 pointing to QDBFSTCCOL during
normal operation.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA45349 :
-----------------------------
While destroying a stats container in a rare code path,
QDBFSTCCOL lost track of a lock it held because it was
incorrectly storing the location of the lock.
