APAR Error Description / Circumvention

Vlogs (0600 5D62 and 0600 5D66) indicate time spent rebuilding
recycle indexes during IPL or vary-on.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA45118 :

This PTF delays and in many cases negates the need to rebuild
the recycle index at IPL or vary-on, potentially reducing
vary-on or IPL times.
