APAR Error Description / Circumvention

When the cable is unplugged for a *TAPMLB resource a VL2E000302
Licensed Internal Code log entry may be logged for every attempt
to use the media mover until the tape library is varied off or
the cable is plugged back in.
When all the cables are pulled for a tape device many 63A09903
Problem Activity Log entries with secondary code 00000009 may be
logged.
A 2E000541 Licensed Internal Code log entry is created when a
TAPMLB resource is first attached.

CORRECTION FOR APAR 'MA45096' :

Apply this fix to limit the number of Licensed Internal Code log
entries and Product Activity Log entries.
